Cathryn Morris
Physical Therapist

Cathryn graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Sage Graduate School in 2017. While working in outpatient orthopedics, she discovered a passion for treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Course work includes training under the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and participated in the first course offering the skills necessary to evaluate, treat, and follow-up transgender and gender diverse patient referrals. The course was taught by Holly Herman and other experts in the field, and was hosted by Boston Medical Center. Presently, Cathryn further pursues her passion at Boston Medical Center and has become a part of the Transgender Team at BMC. She has partnered to create and present an in-service for Evaluation and Treatment of the Transgender Patient to her colleagues in the Rehabilitation Department in order to educate and build awareness to a largely under-served population. Cathryn has been working closely with other health care professionals to optimize the patient experience and improve post-operative outcomes to a growing number of gender diverse patients. In her spare time she practices yoga and enjoys painting.
